Is Change Really Good?

Change can either be good or it can be bad, but in order to grow, change is inevitable. Nothing stays the same.

Change is necessary to adapt. It may in fact be a recursive process. We need to change in order to adapt to changes that may be happening around us.

Almost everything is subject to some sort of change. Inanimate objects are subject to change that they undergo in the form of decay. Change is an indelible part of the process called life.

Progress that comes about as a result of changes may be readily apparent, while in other instances, the changes may result in detriments or progress that remains latent.

There are very few forces available to stop change. It may perhaps be deterred or temporarily avoided, but in the longer run change will always win.

What appears to be vitally important is to be prepared for change, although it may come unexpectedly, but we can always be sure that it will come. Even more important, is how you react to changes that occur.

Some people can embrace change, and view it as an opportunity for growth or progress, while others can become paralysed and allow the changes to overwhelm their lives. Choosing how to react, may in fact be a process that can be learnt.

It can often a bad idea to resist change, because it may appear to be leading to difficulties, especially, in times when we don't need them. Changes can, and do happen when they are least needed.

There are changes that we don't understand, but it may be assumed that everything has a purpose. Change may in fact be difficult at times, but difficulties can ultimately mean progress.

Change often implies instability, which can sometimes have a negative connotation, and an inevitable question of how often should we change may be seen as an appropriate issue.

There may be no definitive answer, as each situation may be different and more frequent change may be required in separate situations. The body and mind of a young baby, is growing and quickly constantly changing, while that of an elderly person, while also changing, may be doing so at a different rate.

The world as we know, it would undergo, a period of extremely rapid decline, if there were no change, as change is required for progress. If there were no changes, there would be no future, and it can be readily accepted that there is nothing as constant as change.
